Walk out of your first year read as the leader they promoted you to be.
Three defined engagements, each a fixed scope at a fixed fee. Choose by where the promotion is actually pressing — the tone-setting first quarter, the long settling-in, or the mirror you have never been handed.

A compressed, high-support program for the freshly promoted, run across the ninety days that quietly decide everything after. We build the mandate, name the room, and rehearse the first hard conversations before they arrive.
A ninety-minute orientation and full stakeholder map
A written 30/60/90 mandate you present to your own leadership
Twelve weekly one-on-one sessions, each anchored to a live decision
Between-session access by message for the moments that cannot wait
From $6,800Six months, invoiced monthly or in full
The core of the practice — a six-month engagement for directors settling into scale. Fortnightly sessions build the reflexes that outlast the coaching, with a 360° read at the midpoint to test how far the room has moved.
Twelve fortnightly one-on-one sessions across six months
A mid-point 360° assessment, designed and read back with you
A working library of frameworks and language you keep for good
A closing handover session to name what carries forward
A standalone 360-degree assessment — the clearest mirror a new leader can be handed. We design the instrument, gather candid perspective from above, beside, and beneath you, then read it back across two unhurried debriefs.
A tailored questionnaire built around your actual mandate
Confidential input from six to ten colleagues you nominate
Two debrief sessions to read the themes without flinching
A fixed fee is a quiet kind of respect. It says the conversation matters more than the clock.

Inside a single session
What ninety minutes actually holds
No slides, no worksheets to file away. A session is one live decision, taken apart and put back together with a steadier hand.
0–15
The check-inWhat has shifted since we last met, and which conversation is sitting heaviest today.
15–55
The live decisionWe take one real call you are facing and work it — the stakeholders, the wording, the second-order effects.
55–80
The rehearsalYou say the hard sentence out loud, more than once, until the delivery matches the intent.
80–90
The single commitmentOne thing to carry into the next two weeks — named, small enough to keep, large enough to matter.
Before you commit
The honest questions
Is this worth it before I have found my feet?
The first quarter is exactly when it is worth it. Impressions of a new leader set faster than anyone admits, and they are far easier to shape than to reverse. The engagements are built for the moment you feel least ready, not the moment you feel settled.
Who actually sees my 360° feedback?
You, and only you. The instrument is confidential by design — individual responses are aggregated so no colleague can be identified, and nothing is shared with your employer unless you choose to carry it into the room yourself.
Why a fixed fee instead of an hourly rate?
Because you should never be watching a clock in the middle of a hard sentence. Each engagement is a defined scope at a fee agreed before we begin, invoiced per engagement. You know the number, the length, and the rhythm on day one.
How do we meet — in Billerica or remotely?
Both. Sessions run from the studio at 7 Agawam Cir in Billerica, or over a secure video call when your week will not spare the drive. Many directors mix the two across an engagement — whichever keeps the cadence honest.
What if the fit is not right after the first session?
Then we part with no obligation for the remaining sessions. Coaching only works when the room feels safe enough to be honest in, and that is either there in the first ninety minutes or it is not. The orientation call exists to find out before either of us signs anything.
Begin a conversation
Not sure which one? That is what the call is for.
Every engagement opens with a conversation, not a contract. Tell us about the room you have just walked into and we will suggest where to start.
