Contact · Billerica, MA

Leave one conversation with a clear next step for your directorship.

Every engagement opens the same way — a calm, unhurried orientation call. No contract to sign, no clock to watch. Tell us where the promotion has landed you and we will point you to where the work should start.

Best if you would rather write out the situation first. Expect a considered reply within one business day — never an auto-responder.

What the first conversation is like

What happens on the orientation call?

Ninety unhurried minutes to map the promotion — the mandate you were handed, the room you now sit in, and the first hurdles already forming. You leave with a suggested starting point, whether or not you go further with us.

Is there any cost to the first call?

None. The orientation call opens every engagement and carries no fee and no obligation. Fees are agreed up front, per engagement, only once you decide where to begin — you never watch a clock mid-conversation.

How soon can we begin?

Most orientation calls are scheduled within the same week. Because engagements are one-on-one and capacity is deliberately limited, a full program usually starts within two to three weeks of that call.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Entirely. Everything from that first message onward stays between you and your coach — including anything gathered in a 360° assessment. Confidentiality is the ground the work stands on, not a clause we add later.

Do sessions have to be in person?

No. Many directors meet at the Billerica studio; others prefer secure video for the fortnightly cadence. We will settle on whichever keeps the conversation easiest to protect and simplest to keep.
